Emma Greenhalgh
Emma Greenhalgh is a highly regarded leader in the housing and homelessness sector, bringing over 25 years of experience in policy, planning, research and strategic advocacy across government, academic and the not-for-profit sectors. Emma has held a variety of roles in planning, policy, research and sector capacity building, with a consistent focus on social justice, housing reform, and steadfast belief of the foundational role of housing to wellbeing.
Emma holds the following qualifications from QUT: Masters of Applied Science, Research; Graduate Diploma, Urban and Regional Planning; and Bachelor of Built Environment, Urban and Regional Planning. Her current position is the Homelessness Strategic Lead at Logan City Council.
Emma is also a board member of Tenants’ Queensland.
